Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Developer Work OS (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, reverse engineer the Service except where allowed by law, or use it to violate applicable laws. AI and MCP features must not be used to generate or distribute harmful or illegal content.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (projects, work items, docs, and similar). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. GitHub tokens and credentials you provide are used only to perform the integrations you enable.

5. Plans and billing

Free and paid plan limits are described on the pricing page and in-product. Paid billing is not yet live; when checkout launches, fees, renewals, and cancellations will be presented at purchase. Plan entitlements may change with notice.

6. AI features

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted content before relying on it. Usage may be metered according to your plan.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
